She cries because her blankets aren't straight.
She cries when her the seams of her socks touch her toes.
She cries when the tag brushes her neck.
She cries when her pants are too long and won't let you roll them up.
She cries when you try to put a Sunday slip on her because she insists its scratchy. All of the dresses in her closet are "Scratchy" so she doesn't like them.
She chews on her clothes because it feels good and is comforting and then cries when the wet cloth bothers her. Stains don't phase her, but the littlest wet spot and she is changing her clothes. For a while she was going through 3 OUTIFTS A DAY! The laundry was heaping high.
For those of you who have had sensory issues as children...when do they grow out of it?!?
